HYFLO is a South African National Accreditation System accredited Inspection Body able to undertake In-Service inspection of pressure equipment.
HYFLO specialise in Inspection and Pressure testing– servicing a broad range of industries including Engineering, Power Generation, Mining, Marine and Construction.
FIELD OF INSPECTION
Regulatory: The supply of services as an inspection authority for Inspection of Pressure Equipment as defined in the Pressure Equipment Regulations, Government Notice No. R734 of 15 July 2009 and in accordance with the recognised International and National Standards, ISO/IEC 17020:2012 & SANS 10227:2012.
TYPE AND RANGE OF INSPECTION
Inspections limited to pressure vessels that contain Non-corrosive gas or liquid and include air receivers, hydraulic and pneumatic accumulators.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
HYFLO inspection personnel are highly qualified and have extensive experience in their fields of activity. Pressure Vessel Inspectors are registered Competent Persons (SAQCC –CP).
Statutory inspection and testing of in- service pressure vessels is in accordance with OHSAct and is conducted by registered Competent Persons. All types and sizes of pressure vessel inspection and testing can be conducted on-site at client premises or at HYFLO workshops. Inspection reports and certification is provided to satisfy legal requirements.
IMPARTIALITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Any inspection activities undertaken by HYFLO shall be performed impartially and all efforts are made to prevent commercial, financial or other pressures from compromising the impartiality of the inspection services.
HYFLO shall insure confidentiality of information obtained in the course of its inspection activities.
Every customer has the right of complaint for corrective action to be taken relating to HYFLO’s inspection activities. Any complaint must be made in writing within four weeks of the occurrence of the event from which the complaint was raised.
